The same process as the W-821's. You can detect some light corrosion on these items so a vigorous priming session is now the early order of the day!

Phew! at last this is done. I've been worried about this for some time as it's a lot of drilling 'non pre punched holes' and also many builders have had edge distance issues. See next entry how things were in this regard........

I used a 1/4" bolt to provide for the minimum specified clearance between aileron and flap.

Trailing edge alignment was achieved using a straight edge against the aileron (r/h/s) and extended along the flap and secured with the use of 1" mini clamps.
