Top Skin F-821

I've started to drill through (either side) the skin F-821PP and the panel flange. I've ensured the the skin and the flange mates properly by using an additional strap. The trick here is not to put too much pressure on the straps that you eventually distort the over all shape of the skin.

Keeper rivets are used in between the backdrilled skin rivet holes to hold this in place. I used six 'soft' keeper rivets to secure the F-821B on to each of the bulkheads.
