The drill out for the nut plates is a long, slow and precise task. For the moment, I've not yet decided whether to use countersink fasteners for the floor. I've 3 choices.

1. Use round headed screws as specified.
2. Dimple the ribs and use K1100 nut plates.
3. Countersink ribs and use K1000 nut plates.

For the tight areas, I used a 65-DSC00017.JPGthreaded extension piece to the drill. You may also note I used a part of the trim bundle as a screen to protect the fuselage sides.
